Saqartvelo – Branding for a Georgian Bakery in Warsaw

For Saqartvelo, a Georgian bakery based in Warsaw, we created a comprehensive brand identity inspired by Georgian culture, hospitality, and culinary tradition. The goal of the project was to build a strong, recognizable brand that communicates authenticity, warmth, and craftsmanship while standing out in a competitive local food market.

The scope of work began with the design of a distinctive logo that reflects the Georgian roots of the brand and its artisanal approach to baking. We developed a cohesive visual identity, including a carefully selected color palette and typography system that evoke tradition, quality, and a premium yet welcoming atmosphere.

A key element of the branding was the creation of a custom brand character — Megobari (“friend” in Georgian). This friendly Georgian chef serves as the visual ambassador of the brand, symbolizing generosity, openness, and the spirit of shared meals. The character strengthens emotional connection with customers and supports brand storytelling across marketing and communication materials.

We also designed a wide range of marketing and print materials, ensuring visual consistency across all customer touchpoints. This included packaging, in-store materials, promotional assets, and branded visuals that support daily operations and marketing activities.

In addition, we developed the visual concept for the bakery’s retail spaces, translating the brand identity into physical environments. The storefront signage, interior branding elements, and overall visual language were designed to create a warm, inviting atmosphere that reflects the authenticity of Georgian baking traditions.

The project was finalized with a comprehensive brand book, documenting logo usage, colors, typography, character guidelines, and brand applications. This ensures consistency and scalability of the Saqartvelo brand across future locations, marketing campaigns, and communication channels.

The result is a cohesive and expressive brand identity for a Georgian bakery in Warsaw that effectively builds recognition, emotional engagement, and trust, while providing a strong foundation for further brand growth and expansion.
