Onkopedia – Social Media Brandbook, Communication Strategy
For the Onkopedia brand – an educational platform dealing with oncology topics – we developed a comprehensive social media brandbook, communication strategy, and consistent tone of voice. The project concerned an exceptionally sensitive and responsible field, so the key goal was to create communication based on empathy, reliability, and a sense of security.
The scope of work included the development of visual and communication principles dedicated to social media. We created a graphic system based on readable layouts, calm colors, and an orderly hierarchy of content, which supports the reception of difficult medical information and facilitates its understanding. At the same time, we created a communication strategy and tone of voice – clear, supportive, and devoid of sensationalism, adapted to both patients and their loved ones.
The Onkopedia social media brandbook organizes the way of communicating medical knowledge, educational content, and preventive information on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. It contains guidelines regarding visual style, narration, emotional tone of speech, and communication consistency, which are crucial in building trust in the area of health and oncology.
The result of the project is a consistent and responsible social media communication system that supports Onkopedia's mission – reliable education, increasing awareness, and accompanying recipients in difficult moments with respect and mindfulness.
